Millbrook Incorporated of Bethlehem, PA and Blue Cod Technologies, Inc., of Worcester, MA announced the signing of a strategic agreement under which Blue Cod will add Millbrook's information management capabilities to its expanding suite of outsourced property and casualty solutions. Using Millbrook's solutions in an outsourced environment, Blue Cod will now offer customers all the power of state-of-the-art data analysis and reporting functionalities regardless of the policy processing system the customer uses.

Lehigh Valley, PA February 19, 2004--Millbrook Incorporated of Bethlehem, PA and Blue Cod Technologies, Inc., of Worcester, MA announced the signing of a strategic agreement under which Blue Cod will add Millbrook's information management capabilities to its expanding suite of outsourced property and casualty solutions. Using Millbrook's solutions in an outsourced environment, Blue Cod will now offer customers all the power of state-of-the-art data analysis and reporting functionalities regardless of the policy processing system the customer uses.

Blue Cod will host the customers' data in an extracted data warehouse. Using Millbrook's industry leading Information Suite, Blue Cod will give business professionals direct access to reliable information over secured Internet access for reporting, ad hoc analysis and a variety of other business information requirements. Users can develop reports dynamically and analyze data and create graphs. The intuitive, user friendly interface lets users effortlessly "drill" into business data without the need for IT intervention.

Blue Cod will be responsible for marketing and sales of the hosted solution and will provide front line support. Millbrook's expert staff will assist as necessary.
